Nearby Share had a "use mobile data" toggle, but this button was removed when the feature was renamed to Quick Share. This could return soon.

        DUDE I SWEAR! We already had a “Without Internet” Nearby Share. WHY DO I NEED TO BE CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET?! WHY GOOGLE?!
