come from countries staging an “invasion or predatory incursion” of the U.S.

That’s quite a stretch here. Wonder who could show standing to challenge it but I would think that would require some kind of military threat from these countries to be upheld.

Its invocation to target migrants from countries with which the U.S. is not actively at war is almost certain to face legal challenges.

Looks like it will be challenged in court.

      • Especially when a majority of the migrants have come legally on work Visas and such and then over stayed those Visas. Hard to call those people invading when they were here via legal processes.

One of my proudest Achievements in my first term was to create SPACE FORCE, the First new branch of the Armed Forces in over 70 years… Now that Space Force is up and running, I think it is time to use them against the ALIEN ENEMIES that have overrun the Country. As President, I will invoke the ALIEN ENEMIES ACT and use the SPACE FORCE to finally rid our ONCE GREAT COUNTRY of these - in many cases very bad and evil- ALIENS.

What has Space Force even done?

Shouldn’t they drop that Agency before making cuts to NOAA?

IIRC the space force basically just is taking what was air force space command and spinning it off into its own branch. So they’d not be doing much that wasn’t being done before so much as making that operation independent of the air force, same as how the air force used to be part of the army.

Yep, just added even more managerial over head and made it even harder for joint missions. Space Force still uses Lackland AFB (or whatever joint base it is called now) for its basic training. It probably is mostly just still Air Force basic training

You don’t know that they aren’t conducting zero-g battles.
