I can’t believe IE7 used to be my daily driver.
We all did at some point. I remember learning at an IT class that there were other “browsers” because the computer room had “Mozilla” installed as we had to use it for the session. That was before Firefox, when the logo was still the dinosaur.
I don’t know what it was, but in less than 5 minutes was convinced that was much better (maybe the tabs?)

I was the same age, and after Firefox 1.0PR came out, I was beyond ready to finally ditch Netscape & IE6. I never even got around to trying IE7. Firefox was (and still is) too good. It had adblocking before any other major browser. That alone was worth making the switch for.
