I’d have to go to a telecom store to do that in person, which I don’t really have an issue with, except that it may take a whole afternoon on a queue waiting for my turn.
Anyway, I rarely use mobile internet and when I do, it’s mostly for text messages, so I don’t feel a pressing need to upgrade.
I have a very, very old SIM card. It’s from the 3G era, which means I miss out on my phone’s 5G capabilities. However, when I went to buy a new card I found out you’re required to take a selfie and send to the telecom company alongside your ID and email, which is creepy enough to keep me using my 3G SIM…
I think Google underestimates how much I hate ads. I’ll gladly take the black screen, thank you.

My issues start at durability. Plastic screen? Less dust and water resistance? That’s a big no from me before we even get to the software. The technology is impressive, but it still feels like you’re compromising a lot for a gimmick.
Yep I prefer Telegram but very few people here use it, so I’m stuck with Whatsapp unfortunately
I’m using the new interface without being in the beta program. I just sideloaded the beta APK and updated my version and it worked.
Just go to apkmirror and be sure to download a (beta) version that works on your device.
Weirdly enough I got better results with Bromite instead of Fennec and Mull (even when they’re running uBlock and Privacy Badger)
