Hope there will be movement from some governments to forbid having no choice about store for apps. I don’t know about iPhone but is there really no other way but apple store to install app? Apart from jailbreaking? If so I am concerned nothing has / is already been done about forcing their stores on users.
With recent beta, besides creating a custom collection, you can now install directly from extensions pages. You may have to toggle desktop to make it works.
Fully agree. Instead of having a bot posting articles there should be a sticked thread or a wiki to list interesting sources and their RSS. User could add them to their RSS client if they want. When they have a reaction then they could share on Lemmy and comment it.

As far as I know there is no limit on the number of devices you can sync. So yes it is possible to sync a folder on multiple devices and not only 2.
Don’t understand in what linking to a random collection would be better than creating your own. Especially a huge one with a lot of extension not conceived / working for mobile.
I feel like author should have explained how to do your own collection and how to add it. Only afterward pointing out you could add a collection from someone else and suggest some lists would have been nice.
