Fully charged. The steam deck draws power from AC when the battery is over 90%
Myself and the guys I was referring to with crazy hardline loops are on first name basis with Linus, we all played left 4 dead together way back when before he even had a YouTube channel (ClosetGamer, anyone?) so his influence with these type of enthusiasts is still pretty strong, at least here in Canada. However he definitely lost a lot of respect with this response of his but honestly I didn’t expect anything different from him
The average consumer wouldn’t buy a block to begin with. I know quite a few guys that have spent thousands on their hardline setups, adding another $1000 CAD is a drop in the bucket to them. There is a market for it, just not a large one
It’s the battery. A lot of doorbell cameras have an internal battery to keep the camera powered when the chime is rung. A few of my friends have to replace their unifi doorbell cameras once a year after winter
Switches Kailh box switches, they’re some of the best switches around. Keycaps are PBT so they’re good
TKL keyboards are a lot more ergonomic. Getting a separate mechanical numpad and putting it on the left side of the board also boosts productivity considerably
Switched from a pixel 5 to an iPhone 13 Pro 2 years ago when google removed smart home integration from the power menu. Other than the way iOS handles notifications I have no regrets, picked up a 14 pro max a few months ago and have been loving the full days worth of battery life, something I never achieved on any other phone.
No, it’s working as designed. The 3.5mm Jack also can’t sense if there’s a microphone plugged in with the headphones and just assumes there is, completely disabling the onboard microphone. Which is super annoying if you’re trying to use a pair of sennheisers or something lol. Also by design according to valve engineers
No. Using the microphone on a Bluetooth headset forces it in to HSP mode due to bandwidth constraints
Get the SSD before anything else. 2TB can be had for $114
Yeah it’s where most pirated FLAC content comes from these days
Both .tk and .vu are free to use by anyone with minimal restrictions. Paid .tk & .vu domains have no restrictions
They didn’t seize it. .ml TLD was contracted for 10 years to some Dutch dude. That contract expired on the 17th
All RTSP streams are local only unless you forward ports, which is not recommended unless you lock them down with auth & 2FA. If you’re decent at coding you can whip up a quick webpage that displays all your cameras in one place and then secure that page, keeping the cameras local only.
.be and .to are free to use by anyone as set by the respective countries registrars, anyone that registers a .it domain outside of Europe is just asking for trouble
Wyze with CFW supports RTSP streams, as do all unifi cameras
Yes. Hosting a service in a country other than where a TLD is designated for is bad practice and common knowledge for any web developer
My elderly mother has been using Linux for almost 10 years. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a single tech support phone call from her for it
You can use a secondary google account, sign up for premium family plan using a vpn to Turkey and pay like $10 per year, while adding your main google account as a family member to save a bundle of cash. I haven’t bothered since I’m happy with STN on android tv, but knowing that there’s a working sponsorblock solution for appletv now I might have to make the switch lol
That’s fair. I was one of the lucky ones and was in the first wave of shipments in late feb/early March. Maybe people that didn’t realize just how extensive a screen replacement would be signed up and ordered one. Hopefully the regular price isn’t much more than the early bird pricing
