I don’t play on HC but yes. He is a loot piñata that you can easily underestimate and dance around. His loot is probably equal or higher in quality to a Treasure goblin. I’ve gotten plenty of uniques off of him.

Nope. Just an odd string of RNGeesus for you. My buddy and I actually do want to see our homie for his higher chance for uniques. But he always spawns when you don’t expect it.
I got 1 everyday for a week. I reported each one obviously, and then they stopped. Why they stopped? I’d like to think they got the hint but…ya know…
