i think the difference was only ever going to be when they felt like running the extra processing to do the work.

so these are the only 2 ways then? huge if true
wait, weren’t they always doing this?
remember the time that Leon Skum turned starlink off for Ukraine just before a Russian attack?
he can never again be trusted. especially when it comes to safety and security
AI that’s powered by crappy prompts
different, yes. but by how much and will it be different in ways that truly matter
yeah, might seem good to have yet another choice, but it’s an illusion
depending on if you know or trust whatever mod you bring in i recommend you stick around for a bit if only just to make sure things don’t get ruined. no need to be active unless ya know, you need to
70 is plenty. you should see new stuff a lot. i don’t see too much but i blame it on the fact that i don’t follow too many. i guess there’s something else here
are you following too few subs? since the user base is smaller than that big corps lemmy simply has less daily content and this is especially noticed if you’re only following a few subs
eventually we’ll all be able to have an open source AI that runs fine on a phone or any average device and we’ll have our privacy, and the big corps will lose their grip and hopefully collapse
Roger Roger
it could run it! that’s roughly the same cpu speed as this
that’s cool but at 24mhz it’s not doing much. still cool, but quite limited
nevermind, it’s going to eat up my phone’s resources
hmm, this might actually be good
they can send anything, but if they run their own matrix on their own servers then the data stays in house… important for govt or military things
why aren’t they using the matrix?
i would have gotten it faster if it were January 2nd
