My GIC came due and I was considering mutual funds, the bank employee (in those services not like a random one) even said now may not be the best time to do that due to the way markets are in flux. Like they make money if I put it into mutual funds. Unless she just didn’t want to help me shrug that’s sort of a possibility since they didn’t call for our previous appointment when my last one was due. Least it’s making more than my bank account I guess but this seems a bit more down than usual too, mean that’s usually a good time to buy but who knows when they manipulate it up? Not us regular folk, who have more to lose when they absolutely tank it before it makes gains and a pittance because I chose the wrong one.

I bought a course from udemy to learn it, helps cause you can follow along in an organized order. I actually haven’t touched it much since but it was fun to go through. Just make sure to buy their courses on sale if you do, otherwise they can get pretty pricey.

My close save on (company from graphic) seems to have trouble keeping eggs in stock, plus it’s like $8-9 for free range which I usually try to buy. Their quality (used to be quite orange now more dull, not as yellow as most eggs still) has gone down I hope the chickens are treated better.

I’m in my mid 40s huge geek, programmer, gamer…I never had a huge calling to join those platforms. I was always a more forum type. Admittedly I checked out the sites from links of Reddit and such, but never had an urge to join them for anything, probably due wanting to read more conversational type input from others. Maybe I missed out but seems like being an old foggie sort of won out in the end with what I’m reading these days.
I’m sure there was decent conversations on some of the platforms as well, so not saying they were always bad just wasn’t something that I had an urge to put time into, mostly so I could game more heh.
I could feel my dread go as I heard that lines over the years, as a young teen? Of course we will we always have, we endure. As a middle aged adult? I’m not so sure we aren’t going to shove ourselves back to the cave man era and not enough people will listen to anyone with survival knowledge for the species to survive.
Then I think about how many species that must have and will happen to in this vast universe, so we’ll probably be an average result heh in the grand scheme of things that is.

Dunno what OS’s it supports besides Windows but I use Kdiff for random comparisons regularly, I think it works pretty well untill you get to much larger files (20+ MB slows down a lot). The huge file wasn’t code but needed to check output changes for those curious.
I constantly check git comparison with previous versions to see what changed to break things in a build though. Didn’t know there was a way to diff any files in git,should probably just learn to use that one.
Well Trump has no imagination so that’s simple for him, not sure I’d say that about all conservatives, just the simple ones. The ones that have an imagination are possibly more dangerous but least none of them are running for president…this time.
That said can you imagine how stunted someone would have to be not to have an imagination? If so you’re probably better off mentally than half the presidential candidates.

There’s no where like that for rich( or pretend to be billionaire?) orange people that I can find. If he was noticably poor I bet something could be figured out without much hassle.
Such a shame there’s no institutional protection for the pretend billionaire oompa loompa class when they invite violence.

There are so many better options to whatever they said, like there are so many better options for a properly run government. These days I just assume this is how the the US people (as a whole, I know many do not want this) want their government run, which is troubling but expected nowadays, unfortunately.
