I use LibreTorrent. It is available in F-Droid repos. Copy and paste magnet links and it downloads the files. You may want to use a vpn, depending on the country you are in.

The voltage, state and current draw and other cool stuff can usually be found from /sys/class/power_supply/BAT0/ you just have to make a small script to calculate what you need from that. This requres some knowledge, but it’s one way to do it.

Since people post to channels that you can search for and subscribe to, there is no incentive for that to happen.
