Does the same happen if the panel is at the bottom of the screen?
yes… I don’t know why is this happened I’ve seen someone having the same issue, but his solution is working for me only 1/3 time and it’s not a viable solution… (https://discuss.kde.org/t/clicking-at-system-tray-on-panel-does-not-open-anything/14147)
