Cultural genocide is genocide. Just cause you don’t consider them legal doesn’t mean they don’t have friends family and culture here. Justify it anyway you want but don’t say it’s “watering down” just cause you don’t know what that word fully means and don’t care about this particular form of genocide.
It’s a pretty hot potato word so I generally stay with the UN definition. As I said on another comment it can be bad, it can be a human rights violation and state oppression without being Genocide.

To those people I say their concerns are bullshit and they can stuff it. We are talking about a mass incarceration and deportation of a racial group for the purpose of the destruction of that culture from a country. We are talking genocide. Why do you want to let evil men define their deeds as anything else than the thing it is? Do you support them? Are you here to poison the well? Or are you just so caught up in trying to intellectualize a genocide you can’t see the bodies at your own god damn feet? Either way, stuff it.
Because there’s 65 million Hispanic citizens in the US and the only thing Trump has stated is he wants to deport immigrants who are here without documentation.
So yeah without actual evidence you don’t get the label.

Also, there isn’t any evidence he would make citizens a target. None of those articles actually presents evidence for that.
Removing temporary protections and continuing Biden’s arbitrary Asylum bans isn’t Genocide either.
