As far I am aware - there is no other packages related to syncthing is avaliable in distro repositories and this one not included by distro by default.
UPD: there also appears to be syncthing-tools package in repos, but it is also not included in mine system by default and I never installed it myself.
The only trace of Syncthing on my system is… well, from that flatpak. It takes syncting release from https://github.com/syncthing/syncthing/releases and adds it to build process.
